Please provide the most relevent information and content that you can supply prior to design stage for faster comprehension of goals so we can deliver a quality finished product with effective communication solutions.

LendeSigns Artwork Express Service. “The best, most efficient way to turn a product requirement into a product-in-hand.” Is to have informtion and artwork available and set-up properly. We will create the artwork for you if you need custom design. Please provide details and prepay to get started. Pay for Artwork Services with PayPal.

Please have all information outlined and send order info via email, then call on phone to confirm receipt and we can go over details of project. Call with question before it is created. We can work out the best options. Adobe CS2

Create your files with professional graphics programs such as with Adobe Creative Suites. Anything in cut vinyl requires VECTOR based artwork for cut paths as in Adobe Illustrator.

Please supply fonts with original job file. Create second file and convert fonts to outlines.
Or, duplicate font layer and convert fonts to outlines in this new layer. Name each layer FONTS and OUTLINED FONTS. Please hide the font layer before outlining.

Maintain layers in files for easy repair or modification. Save as (.ai), (.eps) or (.pdf)

Print and cut files. Place bitmapped file in Illustrator or work in Photoshop layers.

PRINT files with die-cuts require the VECTOR PATH cut to be named in a separate layer with a “CutContour” as spot color name. All paths must be closed without intersections.

File types that work best: vector.ai, vector.eps, .pdf, .psd, .eps, .jpg or, .indd. Please call to confirm if we support the software you are using. We are up to version CS2 right now.

Indicate desired cuts and folds with printers marks placed in the spec file layer. Include at least .125" to .25" bleed unless otherwise indicated. Many of our print products have templates available to help with your layout and crops. Please e-mail for requested template.

The files are printed in CMYK color profile, not RGB. Please convert to CMYK or let us know what RGB profile is used in the file. Unknown RGB files converted to CMYK during the printing process may have unexpected color shifts. Exception - images for “HotPrint” files can be imaged from RGB.

We also accept artwork supplied by our customers in the following formats:

Vector art such as Adobe Illustrator. If you use Corel Draw - “export” or “save as” Adobe Illustrator (.ai), (.eps), or (.pdf ) and supply fonts. Convert a second file, fonts to outlines.

Bittmap File Size: Construct the file at minimum100 dpi @ 100% size, any less and print will look poor and pixelated. 300dpi @ 1/3 size, or 200 dpi @ 1/2 size. Please ask prior to artwork creation for specs if unsure. Super High Resolution printing recommends 300dpi.

Test Print First, then send Confirm that your file can print on postscript printer then send.

Compress all Files into One File Folder: Include all your files, fonts, .pdf, .eps or .jpg links proof and graphics in a single “compressed” file. We recommend SuffIt Deluxe for the Mac and Winzip for the PC. Please note which is your file name for final output. (FA) final art.
