Terms of Agreement

Prices: All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Prices subject to change without notice.

Order Payment: Full payment required on standard or quickly produced products at order time. All orders are shipped via UPS, or other method if required, prepaid, or invoice. Invoices are due upon receipt. A 1 1/2% finance charge will be added monthly (18% annual rate) for any unpaid balances that are 30 days past invoice date. Default: In the event of non-payment or other breach of this agreement by client, Client shall pay all of designer's costs and expenses incurred in connection with the enforcement of the terms of this agreement, including designer's collection fees and attorney's fees.

Design and advertising service fees: Anytime artwork design layout is requested and provided an advertising services fee will be charged. This includes development of data, concepts, or ideas. Analysis of available media and means to advertise including sign site location. Study of products/ services and potential markets to be promoted. Advertising, graphic design, sign survey fees, consulting fees, and trip charges are due upon receipt of invoice. In progress payments will be requested for extended jobs. Custom fabricated signs require 50% minimum payment or more to start production and fabrication. Any jobs that are postponed, cancelled or otherwise delayed require full payment for material and creative advertising services completed up to time of cancellation and due upon invoice receipt.

Cash, check, debit or credit card payment options: Visa, Mastercard, AmExpress, Discover Network and PayPal are accepted forms of payment. A $40.00 service charge will be added on all returned checks. Check payments must clear bank prior to production.

Minimums: LendeSigns request a $50 minimum order on standard products and $75 minimum on custom orders. Orders less than $50 are subject to a $7.00 service charge to cover paperwork and handling fees. Some large wide format printing media requires $149 minimum order.

Shipping Minimum: All orders shipped have a minimum shipping fee of $8.95. UPS ground or standard carrier. Please indicate if Rush Service will be needed for an additional fee.

Package Shipping and Freight: All product shipments requiring special packaging cartons or crates etc. will have package or crate fee added to order. Freight prices are determined by freight company and will be added to order invoice at time of shipping or payable C.O.D. to freight company at time of delivery.

Returns: All sales are final. Custom products are not returnable. Customer is to prepay freight on authorized returns and will be subject to a 15% restocking and handling charge. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Contact LendeSigns with questions regarding returns.
